Our History

Our story begins in 2008 with a passion for sharing the authentic flavors of Southern Brazil. We envisioned a place where guests could experience the true art of churrasco, the traditional Brazilian barbecue.

The restaurant’s name, “Chama Gaucha,” translates to “Gaucho’s Flame,” representing the fiery passion and expertise that goes into every dish.  We've remained committed to using only the finest ingredients and preserving the time-honored techniques of our gauchos. Over the years, our commitment to quality has earned us recognition, and we've expanded our family to include four other locations. Today, Chama Gaucha continues to bring the warmth and hospitality of Brazil to your table.
